Claude joined TECHNIA in 2007, and has 15 years of experience from Information Management Projects (20+) in the domain of Product Lifecycle Management. An earnest learner, Claude developed his role, gaining good insight to all phases of such initiatives from concept study to deployment, roll-out and maintenance, and operations efficiency. In recent years the focus has shifted more to advisory, knowledge & best practice sharing and business transformation projects. This year, Claude took the role of product owner for TECHNIA Tools.
